We are currently looking for a Manufacturing & Logistics Recruiter to join one of our team to recruit for Hickory, NC. Engaged and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to work in the staffing industry are encouraged to apply today!

Responsibilities

• Review job applications

• Source candidates for open positions

• Conduct phone screens with candidates to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications

• Gather compliance documents

• Assist with on-boarding new hires

• Get new hires ready for orientation

• Assist the recruitment team with other duties, as assigned

• This full be full cycle recruiting
