This position is funded through: 3/17/22.SUMMARY:To supervise the collaborative assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of training programs and othereducational activities for the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Program with internal and external partners and stakeholders.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manages curriculum development and the education and training delivery processes for the CTI Program, including: research andpreparation of training tools and materials, and the development of training methodologies in accordance with best practices.Ensures the delivery of high quality training and educational programming on CTI methods for care managers and providers acrossthe state.Coordinates and implements utilization of appropriate learning tools and software. Collects, tracks, and analyzes data and skillassessments and training plans in order to manage outcomes. Coordinates training strategies and the use of training technologieswith DHHS programs, community partners and community resources.Develops staff development programs, provides technical assistance, and implements specific enhancements to education andtraining initiatives in order to improve the effectiveness of community integration and continuity of care for vulnerable populations.Prepares and presents training modules and/or learning activities for individuals or groups utilizing professional teaching methodsbased current best practices.Reviews and approves proposed training curricula, manuals, technical supports and educational or informational materials used intraining activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy and effectiveness in achieving defined learning objectives.Supervises, manages or collaborates with CTI staff on various organizational development and personnel areas including providingemployee guidance, technical assistance and reviewing and evaluating documentation and case management tools.Researches and disseminates relevant literature, professional publications, federal laws, and policies, to develop and updatetraining programs for the CTI model.Manages CTI Program training data and records and assists in projects and new initiatives as assigned by the Administrator.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with major study in human resources, behavioral science, businessadministration, public administration, or education. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year ofrequired work experience.Experience: Five years' experience in staff development, training, or education with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid drivers license and/or access to transportation for use in statewide travel.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in training of Critical Time Intervention programs desired. Knowledge of curriculum development and adulteducation methodology, including the development of training materials, technical manuals, assessments, and integration and technologyincluding web-based instruction.
