TEKsystems Copy Writer in Columbus, Ohio

This copywriter will write clear, compelling copy, ensuring consistent branding and professional creativity throughout all communications. We are looking for someone who works well in a collaborative environment, brings innovative ideas, and can be agile enough to respond to a dynamic and ever-evolving market.

Tasks:

Write marketing copy for a variety of media, including email, web, social, and blog posts

Become familiar with the brand and style guidelines, and drive brand consistency across all company communications

Have the ability to vary voice and style for different audiences

Work closely with multiple stakeholders to draft and finalize copy

Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related discipline

Minimum 4 years professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar

Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability

Experience with the higher education market a plus
