Global Wealth Management provides services that are tailored to each client's investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Products include mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and alternative investments where appropriate, as well as banking, mortgages, insurance and annuities. Operations is one of the largest divisions in the firm and has diverse responsibilities, in particular a continuous focus on seeking ways to improve existing operations while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.

Background on the Team
The Wealth Management Tax and Client Reporting Operations (TCRO) team is seeking an Operations Associate to provide support and production of monthly and quarterly performance reports for Financial Advisors and their Institutional and ultra-high net worth clients. He/she will work closely with Financial Advisors (FAs) and other Client Reporting Operations associates on solving performance measurement discrepancies, maintaining ongoing quality reviews for all performance reporting, and effectively managing expectations. The candidate will report to the Client Reporting Team Lead.

Primary Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
-Research, reconcile and update monthly activity for in-house custody data as well as external custodian statements
-Set up and maintain appropriate comparisons with market indexes and customized benchmarks
-Respond to technical questions concerning client accounts and manager performance statistics
-Manage the reporting expectations of high profile Financial Analysts
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports
-Ensure index, product attributes, and performance numbers are valid
-Participate in team projects and initiatives to maximize use of strategic reporting solutions in performance operations

Skills required
-3-5 years of financial experience
-Experience in performance measurement or portfolio accounting preferred
-Excellent reconciliation and research skills
-Possess strong written and oral communication skills
-High level of proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
-Analytical/critical thinking ability
-Detail oriented
