Your Role and Responsibilities
The Columbia Innovation Center is seeking Security Delivery Specialists.
Security Delivery Specialists assist and enable securing customer systems in relation to their organization ecosystems by analyzing and translating business requirements into control objectives and documenting security controls within customized policies. As a Security Delivery Specialist, you will have overall responsibility for Issue and Security Advisory Management quality control, while ensuring the process is properly executed and requirements are met.
The successful candidate will employ key skills in leadership, project management, collaboration, communication and organizational skills. You will develop the understanding of IBM's suite of compliance and security tools/processes as well as Agile methodologies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• At least 1 year experience in understanding security documentation, processes, and requirements
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong written and Verbal communication skills
• At least 1 year experience in Windows and/or Unix
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• English: Fluent
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• At least 3 years experience in understanding security documentation, processes, and requirements
• At least 3 years experience in system administration in one or more of the following: mainframes (MVS RACF, CICS), distributed systems (Unix, Linux, Windows servers, AS400, etc.) and/or Cisco IOS
• At least 3 years experience in ability understand and interpret basic computer program scripts that use Java, Visual Basic, C+, or Macros
• Certified in CISSP or Security About Business Unit
