DescriptionLinQuest Corporation is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to joina high-performance team and provide support to the US Space Command(USSPACECOM) J8 as a Requirements Analyst/Subject Matter Expert. Anactive TS//SCI clearance is MANDATORY. In this role, you will supportUSSPACECOM requirements development for joint space warfighting systems. Youwill analyze existing warfighting plans, strategies, Concepts ofOperations, and Operations Concepts and develop recommendations forrequirements modifications for existing programs and new requirements insupport of future programs.LinQuest believes our employees are our most valuable asset. If you desire to be part of an historic eventto build out USSPACECOM from the ground, up, this position is for you!Responsibilities:Analyze existing warfighting plans, strategies, Concepts of Operations,and Operations Concepts and develop recommendations for requirementsmodifications for existing programs and new requirements in support of futureprograms.Assist in the development of Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System(JCIDS) documentation and products and analysis to support the validationof such documentation.Support development of detailed requirements analysis and documents as theyarise, which vary based on JCIDS cycle and pending command priorities, toinclude: Initial Capabilities Documents, DOTMLPF Change Recommendations,Joint Emergent Operational Needs, and similar.Provide engineering and operational expertise to USSPACECOM/J8 to supportthe assessment, defense, and validation of warfighting requirementsrelated to the full range of military operations in, from, and through thespace domain.Required SkillsMust be able to analyze space system operational, technical,programmatic, and acquisition inputs and formulate recommendations forsenior leader considerationMust understand the DoD capabilities development process and the JointCapabilities Integrated Development System.Excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with briefing senior military and civilian leadersRequired Experience:Previous experience on a CCMD, MAJCOM, HHQ, Joint Staff, OSD etc.staff highly desiredAbility to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic levelAbility to brief/interactive with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer andsenior civiliansBachelor's Degree or higher requiredCompletion of JPME I is highly desired, and JPME II is preferredActive TS//SCI clearance is MANDATORYCompensation:Starting salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 depending on relevantexperience and qualifications.Benefits:LinQuest offers comprehensive and competitive benefit offerings to our teammembers to include medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid timeoff, company paid life insurance, and more!
