The Range Network Systems Engineering & Integration(RN SE&I) contract provides Systems Engineering and Integration(SE&I) support to the USAF Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC)Range and Network Directorate (SMC/RN). RN acquires services tomodernize and sustain the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS), the AirForce Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) and the Space Training AcquisitionOffice (STAO). We are seeking aProject Analyst/Managerwith experienceinDefense Acquisition Processes for the RN SE&I contract to supportGovernment Project Managers on LTRS. Duties will include:PM acquisition support for LTRS projectsDevelop Tech Eval package for ProposalsDevelopment of Statement of Objectives and/or Statement of Work for projectson LTRSParticipate or lead technical meetings and government-led studies, assesstechnical baselines and ensure system modifications meet requirements.Perform engineering analyses to predict and define problems, define/designactionable corrective measures, and operational implementation of LaunchRange and Network systems.Review and assess contractor designs, conduct trade studies on alternativesystem design approaches.Coordinate and complete Readiness Assessment for each milestone (PRR,PDR, CDR IRR and TRR)Assist the Government PM on developing Entrance Criteria, AcceptanceCriteria and Exit Criteria for design reviewsQualifications Required (Skills)*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.*Knowledge and background in DoD Acquisition Processes.*Experience with MS Project or relevant planning software.*Technical skills to understand and analyze system problems, definepotential solutions, and conduct in-depth technical analysis, assessmentsand trades and explain results of technical studies in a systems engineeringcontext.*Demonstrates understanding of performance and requirements analysistechniques, and acceptance testing strategies/methodologies.* Possess basic theory and concept of operation of range instrumentation andnetwork architectures.*ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOUMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.Qualifications Desired*Project cost estimating experience*Risk management experience*DoD planning and programming or relevant experience.*CurrentSecret or higherclearanceReq ID2336BRInternal Position TitleSenior Program AnalystEmployment StatusRegular Full-timeU.S....
