This person is responsible forproviding project management and business analysis support on an as-neededbasis, assisting with the management of the project lifecycle developmentprocess from project initiation to implementation for small to mediumEnterprise or IT Infrastructure projects or may lead a component of a large,complex project. The Project Manager also coordinates software testing,quality assurance, and change management activities.The Project Manager works under moderate direction on a variety of projects,and demonstrates positive leadership skills.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Provide project management for projects and complex help desk requests at therequest of business units or IT. Ensure project management life cycle isfollowed.Major deliverables:Project ScopeRequirements and/or Specification DocumentsProject PlanCommunication PlansRFP/RFIRisk PlansProject Status UpdatesPost Mortem AnalysisProvide business analysis support to facilitate process re-engineering,create process diagrams and ensure definition of project scope andrequirementsMajor deliverables:Requirements; Specification Documents; Process DiagramsContract review when necessaryStatement of Work (SOW) review and follow-up when necessaryMaintain and recommend improvements to Business Support Process andProcedures. Oversee creation of new documents and updates to existingdocuments.Administrative duties / other duties as assigned: testing, attendingseminars and classes; providing written status reports as required;attending staff meetings as required.Minimum formal education required for this position:Knowledge consistent with a Bachelors Degree in Project Management, BusinessInformation Systems, Communications, or similarMinimum work experience:4+ years project management work experience(Preferred) 2+ years experience with project management in a financialinstitution setting using Scrum methodologiesTechnical or specialized knowledge/skills:Possesses good understanding of various project management and businessanalysis methodologies, tools and techniques.Possesses good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle(SDLC), including various development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall,Agile, Scrum), and how to apply them for relevant projects.Familiar with all IT functions and services with good working knowledge ofmore than one technology area. Able to come up to speed quickly in other areasof expertise relevant to the success of the project or program.Understands simple architectural considerations, and factors them intodecisions and recommendations.Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of financial business and functions.Able to operate a motor vehicle.(Preferred) Experience with Symitar.Certifications required:Valid Drivers License(Preferred) Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project ManagementProfessional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or similarcertificationEnvironmental, physical and psychological requirements:Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time in a climatecontrolled environment. Must be able to use fingers, hands, wrists forrepetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, andoperating a telephone.
