The Colorado Design Team is seeking an
Experienced Engineering Technician
to assist in providing support to systems/specialty engineers in defining requirements, supporting contract deliverables including analysis reports. Performing analyses, and controlling associated data and information. Supports the gathering and tracking of reliability and quality data.
Provides support to systems/specialty engineers in defining requirements, supporting contract deliverables including analysis reports
Performing analyses, and controlling associated data and information
Supports the gathering and tracking of reliability, maintainability and health monitoring data
Supports coordination activities for the development of certification and aviation regulatory proposals and plans and verifies compliance to requirements
Supports team to develop and document certification processes, tools and procedures
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
(A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ year of Technical writing experience
1+ year of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
1+ year of experience in software development and configuration management (CM) tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Technical editing experience
Requirements definition and analysis
Business Proposal experience
Top Secret Clearance
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
