Drees Homes is seeking an enthusiastic candidate for our Marketing/Sales Coordinator position in our Cleveland, OH division who would support various marketing and design activities along with providing daily administrative assistance. From Decorating model homes to processing sales contracts their is never a dull moment in this fast paced rewarding position. Come grow with us!

A Day in the Life

  • Stay current on design trends and model home technology (to ensure all models are equipped an up to date with current offerings)

  • Manage the online presence of the Cleveland Division on

  • Coordinate all new model home set up and photography, and manage the MLS listings (ensure a professional and current up to date look)

  • Assist the Sales Manager with the coordination of sales functions, including meetings and grand opening events, sales contests and incentives

  • Timely and accurate process all necessary paperwork and information related to the sales process; audit and process sales contracts

  • Maintain sales and marketing data in all Drees systems

  • Prepare and distribute reports

Candidate Profile:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree (in related field) preferred

  • Previous marketing, administrative and customer service experience

  • Tech savvy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, different software programs)

  • Experience planning and coordinating virtual events and meetings

  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure without missing details

  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills
