As Senior Project Manager , you will play a key role in establishing new processes and managing and developing the team that enables revenue growth, facilitating our success in a rapidly changing environment. Your guidance and direct input will support our high rate of growth.

Lead post-M&A integration efforts impacting your team
Significantly impact OKR objectives, both individually and within your team
Direct the implementation of strategic planning, leading and directing all aspects of major, diverse, and highly complex programs impacting the operation
Passion and proven track record of success in managing, coaching, and inspiring a team
Provide direction, prioritization, and structure to enable efficient implementation of assigned projects and initiatives, taking ownership from kickoff through final implementation
Support and enable the team's delivery model, while providing measurable business results
Serve as a single point of contact with project teams
Provide continuous updates to the leadership team on the status of all transformation projects
Establish regular meeting cadences for all project charter workstreams, updating teams on recently completed, upcoming, and at-risk tasks
Build relationships and collaborate with all department leads to effectively manage project milestones
Assist in the prioritization of identified process improvement initiatives
Provide specialized technical knowledge or program management expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to facilitate project delivery and improve results
Identify and manage project interdependencies and areas of risk
Lead, manage, and successfully deliver assigned projects, programs, and or portfolios
Occasionally provide hands-on project delivery as needed
A Master’s Degree
A proactive leadership style, with strong listening skills
Willingness to take risks and meet high expectations from executive leadership team
Demonstrated success building, coaching, educating, and leading high-performing teams
7-10+ years’ work and leadership experience coupled with project management experience
Extensive experience managing multiple large, complex projects across multiple functions
A creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to problem-solve in real-time
Proven success with strategic and visionary thinking
Knowledge of both the health-tech industry and chronic health conditions
A portfolio illustrating effective communications and engagement campaigns
Proven expertise successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources
Proven experience leading and working with senior leadership on successful programs
Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business benefit through project and portfolio execution
Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating, delegating and motivating cross-functional groups or activities dependably, efficiently, safely, and empathetically
The ability to leverage change management/facilitation, communication, and training disciplines and methodologies within project lifecycles
Excellent organization skills, with process/system mapping and analysis experience
The ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
The ability to manage business and technical resources with an integrated project plan
Experience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadership
