Accenture SAP Business & Integration Architecture – Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Job Responsibilities

  • Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients’ program/project specifications and objectives.

  • Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.

  • Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements.

  • Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.

  • Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.

  • Provide functional support to the development team to use the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.

  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and will be implemented by the team.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy Industry, SAP Supply Chain / Logistics Transformation project delivery

  • Minimum 5 years of hands on system configuration experience (SAP OTC, SAP IS-Oil)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical Support, or advisory/consulting role where you have translated user requirements into systematic solutions.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading transformation project delivery (managing scope, budget, resources)

  • Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent work experience (12 years); or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience

Bonus Points If:

  • You improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity

  • You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property

  • You have experience in leading agile delivery or levering Dev Ops methodologies
