Akamai’s Global Services & Support team is responsible for optimizing customer loyalty by exceptional solution building and customer service. As an Engagement Manager you will focus on maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth throughout the relationship. Program managing from pre-sales through service delivery you’ll help to evolve customers’ cloud strategies from concept to implementation. As an industry expert you’ll find joy in delivering business outcomes for customers through innovation, strong relationships and thorough business understanding.
As an Engagement Manager you will be responsible for:
Working independently as a trustedadvisor for customer stakeholders to support their long-term strategy andvisions
Owning the technical program managementwhile maximizing Akamai's platform value for the customer
Being the central point of contact forcustomers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
Educating customers on and empoweringtheir adoption of Akamai's products and services to support account growth
Responding to escalations when variousprogram management issues arise and directing operational improvements tomitigate future risks

To be successful in this role you will:
Have minimum 5 years of relevantexperience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Demonstrate deep understanding of theconsulting process and the building of strong relationships to ensure customersuccess
Show experience of managing anddelivering large technical customer projects successfully
Be knowledgeable on DevOps, webdevelopment, web performance and information security technologies such asHTTPS, DNS
Have internet technology experienceand/or experience with products and processes related to applicationarchitectures and information security including cloud/hybrid/SaaS environments
Demonstrate strong written, verbal andpresentation skills including communicating complex technical content to arange of audiences
