The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding and Claims Home Office Training and Education departments are seeking motivated associates to join our team as an Instructional Designer. As an Instructional Designer, you will develop and manage training initiatives and project plans from inception to results. You will work with content experts and our eLearning team to develop instructor-led training, eLearning storyboards, performance drill exercises, and web-based training solutions. Additional responsibilities include: reviewing and editing existing content, analyzing results, identifying strengths or gaps in performance, and recommending training-based solutions as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Tech Smith Snag It, Tech Smith Camtasia, SharePoint Design and Site Management preferred

  • Previous supervisor and training experience preferred

  • Sufficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS variables preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills

*Must be willing and able to commute or relocate. This position is located based out of our corporate office in Chevy Chase, MD.

Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home in a designated work area.
