The Sourcing Manager - Supplier Diversity & Data Analytics conducts category management modeling, activity tracking, metrics collection and reporting as well as information management activities for the Global Indirect Strategic Sourcing (GISS) organization. The successful candidate will also be responsible for championing and administration and reporting of AmerisourceBergen Corporation Supplier Diversity Program. Responsible for representing ABC in a positive manner and interaction with Diverse Suppliers through outreach programs and initiatives. Develops and manages the Supplier Diversity Program; compiles and submits annual reports to Small Business Administration summarizing ABC’s spend with small/diverse businesses and Tier 2 reporting with strategic ABC partners. Maintains ABC’s Supplier Gateway and develops opportunities analysis and inclusion of diverse suppliers in GISS project activity. Responsible for all aspects of the AmerisourceBergen Supplier Diversity Portal including such items such as maintenance, updates, training, analytics, etc. Responsible for planning and ensuring the effective execution of various initiatives within GISS information management, analytics and metrics. Generates timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status, pending issues, metrics and trending. Interacts with project sponsors, stakeholders and various project members to ensure that specific business needs are met. Assists in analysis to ensure that requirements are fulfilled. Gathers, analyzes and reports department metrics / key performance indicators. Develops and updates the Sr. Management Dashboard with GISS metrics and key activities. Performs ad hoc data and opportunity analysis as directed by the GISS Team. Develops and maintains expert business knowledge of the applications, processes, and data management requirements, including Ariba/SAP, data reports and eRFx tools. Maintenance of supplier surveys and scorecards including analysis and performance tracking in collaboration with the GISS project owners. Identification of Tier 1, 2 & 3 critical suppliers for inclusion in the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program. Development and maintenance of preferred supplier database and compliance. Maintain supplier contracts systems to support the SRM program and preferred supplier administration. Performs invoice reconciliation and financial reporting for GISS controlled activities and interacts with A/P and Finance on issues and resolutions. Provides functional back-up and administration on GISS sponsored systems including Office Supplies and Stationary ordering including access, setups and terminations. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations. Performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of Business Data Analytics and advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint required. Expert knowledge of computers skills such as Microsoft Access and Excel and other database applications Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to apply the appropriate tools and level of analysis to specific situations Strong business knowledge of strategic sourcing functions, trends and methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across an organization and with external parties Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong analytical and mathematical skills Strong organizational skills; good attention to detail Strong presentation skills Ability to travel 5% to 10% of the time Job: Supply Chain Management Jobs
