Latitude, Inc. SharePoint Admin (TS/SCI) in Charlottesville, Virginia

The SharePoint administrator will provide Microsoft SharePoint administrative support for a large customer within the DoD community. They will plan for and install service packs, hotfixes, updates and patches during off-peak time as required. They will communicate any downtime to business and deploy new capabilities including Web Parts, Solutions and Applications to the SharePoint Servers, troubleshoot operational issues that may arise in the SharePoint environment, and work with a dispersed team of systems administrators, engineers, managers, and customers. Administrator will perform duties on a normal business day schedule with some flexibility for start time.

Required Qualifications


Current Security Plus CE

2-5 years as a MS SharePoint Farm Administrator.

2-3 years administering and configuring Windows OS, SQL database and IIS

Experience implementing DISA STIG

Prior experience must demonstrate proven analytical skills with information systems.

Candidate must be able to articulate problems and resolution, in both verbal and written forms.

SharePoint 2013 experience, including Search and My Sites

SharePoint migrations/upgrades

Desired Skills

Experience with PowerShell for common farm tasks

Experience with SharePoint Business Intelligence capabilities, PerformancePoint and connections to SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services

Required Education and Clearance

B.S. in information systems-related major or 5 years work experience
