MicroD Senior Sales Consultant in Charlotte, North Carolina

MicroD is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to cultivate and close new business by developing relationships with industry contacts and promoting MicroD?s broad range of progressive digital solutions and services.

  • Sell the organization's full suite of digital products/services to new prospects through a consultative and educational approach

  • Consistently create new opportunities and new customers in collaboration with our Marketing department

  • Ensure all pipeline opportunities meet minimal qualification

  • Gather and understand customer needs and propose a long-term value proposition

  • Follow a proven sales process to make sales in a disciplined way

  • Close sales in a timely manner and at enough volume to meet annual business objectives

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and work closely with the Project Management team to fulfill client requests

  • Develop trusting relationships with various contacts within furniture manufacturers and retail furniture stores

  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to ensure client information and activities are documented properly

  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities


  • 5+ years of Ecommerce and SaaS Sales experience

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

  • Ability to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks, and follow all policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals with large quotas

  • Understand web applications and websites and their underlying technologies

  • Excellent written and oral communication; conduct sales calls and demos over video conference; maintain data in a CRM.

  • Furniture industry knowledge is a plus
