An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Global Pricing Director for Honeywell Corporate located in Charlotte, NC.
Reporting to the Sr Director Pricing, this position will manage all aspects of pricing strategy, implementation and reporting with a goal of maximizing price and margins. Identifying and analyzing price data from a variety of ERP systems using best practices, standard methodologies and tools. The candidate will define and ultimately be responsible for pricing action funnel to drive Transactional, Pass-Thru, Value, price agreements’ performance on monthly basis while collaborating cross functionally with Business Leadership, Finance, Product marketing, Sales, and IT to accelerate and fully deploy Pricing Global Design Model globally.
Drive and report monthly Price performance on Value, Transactional, Pass-Thru and Contract price initiatives
Implement, track & report schedule of executive approval, discount management, Price waterfall analysis and target price metrics by product lines / customers
Lead organization strategically through change and deliver on goals set for the organization
Build consistent and sustainable Pricing practices to deliver value across businesses
Lead organization strategy through change and deliver on goals set for the organization
Support SEA (Schedule of Executive Approvals) / Pricing Deal Desk / Standard Price Management (PROS) tools deployment and Global Analytics
Ensure consistent reporting and communication of pricing strategy, deployments and progress globally
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Engineering
8+ years of experience in pricing and business strategy
MBA is highly desirable
Highly desire pricing management tool experience on SAP, PROS, Tableau
Ability to translate strategy to execution
Results minded with a focus on execution
Significant experience in financial analysis, sales, marketing, data management, IT / digital tools
Extensive experience in similar leadership role
Transactional pricing toolkit and value toolkit experience
A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations
Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills
Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems
Ability to convey information with clarity and directness
