This position is responsible for leading a Project Management Office (PMO) within TTi Floor Care. The position requires that a person own TTi's development process and collaborates extensively with Marketing, Industrial Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to assure that development project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks are effectively managed and communicated to key stakeholders throughout the business.
Manage a team of project managers responsible for the TTi Product Development Process
Manage and communicate documentation and templates of the TTi Product Development Process and assure that the Development Process if followed focused on delivering products which meet consumers expectations.
Track and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk and communicate status and drive develop teams to achieve project goals.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including members of Marketing, Industrial Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders including executive staff
Manage project risks and develop effective risk mitigation plans for development projects
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of development projects
Prepare status reports for management on project status
Coordinate internal and external resources required to successfully complete development projects within timeline, scope, and cost.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop plans and templates to effectively monitor and track progress.
