Citigroup Customer Communication Change Control Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina
The Retail Disclosure team, within the US Retail Banking Segments & Product Team, is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of regulatory communication elements such as account opening agreements, product disclosures, and change in terms notices.
Within the team, the Customer Communication Change Control Manager partners with Product Management, Legal, Compliance, and operational risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal control processes, and internal audit requests.
Partner with business, legal, and compliance stakeholders to coordinate regulatory communication needs for the transformation efforts for US Retail Deposits, in support of Citi-wide and GCB Transformation priorities
Ensure team adherence to quality control processes through the execution of periodic reviews of regulatory communication elements managed by the Retail Disclosure team
Review Retail Disclosure team change controls to identify opportunities for enhanced controls and lead the implementation of any changes

Project management experience
Ability to synthesize regulatory requirements into fact based and nuanced solutions
Ability to build credible and trusting relationships across key stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work well in high stress
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
