MicroD Associate Sales Consultant in Charlotte, North Carolina

The Associate Sales Consultant will cultivate and close new business by developing relationship with industry contacts and promoting MicroD?s broad range of progressive digital solutions and services. The ideal candidate will successfully:
Sell the organization's full suite of digital products/ services to new prospects through a consultative and educational sales approach
Prospecting: Consistently create new opportunities and new customers
Qualification: Ensure all pipeline opportunities meet minimal qualification
Presenting: Effectively present a business result-driven proposal
Close sales in a timely manner and at enough volume to meet annual business objectives
Negotiating signed agreements with prospective clients
Research and document relevant contact information for existing leads/keeping contact
Update client information in CRM (Salesforce)
Utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented properly
Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Ecommerce and SaaS Sales experience
Bachelor?s degree
Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks, and follow all policies, processes, and procedures.
Salesforce CRM experience preferred
Record of hitting or exceeding quota on a monthly basis
Understand web applications and websites and their underlying technologies
Excellent written and oral communication; conduct sales calls and demos over video conference; maintain data in a CRM.
WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS & TRAVEL
This position is mostly sedentary in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Some travel. Required to travel to furniture markets throughout the year. Possible customers visits and conferences.
