Wells Fargo Associate Operations Processor in Charlotte, North Carolina

About this role:

Associate Operations Processor position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. You'll learn about the world of cash and deposit processing and receiving and delivery within the financial service industry. This is a high-volume, fast-pace, deadline driven production environment working behind the scenes with little, if any, customer contact. In this role you'll spend your time working on tasks such as processing, verifying, and receiving deposits. This position has strict production metrics that determine acceptable levels of performance and require that all cash must be accounted for on the day it's received. There are also strict deadlines requiring flexibility of schedule, as this is an open-ended position with the start and end time being determined by workflow. The best Associate Operations Processor demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They consistently deliver world class customer service through effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with timely and accurate resolution. They also have the desire and motivation to constantly work in an extremely secure facility under constant video surveillance.

40 hours per week (over-time required-open ended shift)

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm or until the work is complete.

The hourly rate is $20.00.

Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving

  • Receive, log, batch, and distributing work

  • File, photocopy, and answer phones

  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles

  • Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience Cash Vault or cash handling experience
