Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

The Data Management team supports and maintains the Wells Fargo Retirement business core data repositories. The following critical skills for supporting the core repositories are desired: Informatica is the standard for ETL processing within the environments. Theses environments are UNIX based with very large relational database systems, supporting multiple lines of businesses through multiple channels. This position will act in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/of application initiatives. They will utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, tools. and existing designs, and will work on the most complex problems where analysis o situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. They will be responsible for planning, performing, and acting as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing efforts, as well as providing leadership on complex modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. They will act as an expert technical resource to programming and support staff in the development, testing, implementation, and post-deployment processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience

  • 7+ years of data warehouse experience

  • 5+ years of Informatica experience

  • 2+ years of UNIX experience

  • 5+ years of experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL server, or Teradata

Desired Qualifications:

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 5+ years of Oracle experience

  • Data modeling experience
