PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Director of Marketing/Sales, you will be responsible for developing an integrated marketing strategy to achieve the desired branding and growth of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Develop marketing and sales strategies

  • Lead and manage a designated functional Sales and Marketing team

  • Support and implement marketing activities, including subscription and single ticket sales campaigns for live and digital events, advertising, and telemarketing

  • Provide communication of marketing initiatives

  • Pursue revenue goals with a combination of targeted promotions and advertisement

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Prior marketing experience

  • Sales management experience

  • Orthodontist/Dental industry experience
