Procurement Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Facilities, Finance & Operations

This performance management leader works across Supply Chain, Real Estate and Facilities and is accountable for the operational metrics key initiatives and management system.

Team leader directly responsible for driving performance metrics that enables the achievement of goals and objectives across the supply chain and facilities team. Creates and maintains dashboards and management system that provide visibility for team and executive leadership. Works with the functional leaders to drive value capture initiatives, performance analysis that identify areas of performance improvements. Responsible to manage and oversee financials, Capital plan, operations budgets and business metrics to monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators and strategic initiatives. accountable for developing the stakeholder and performance management and system. Maintains the policies that are consistent with the regulatory environments of a US public sector services firm. Identifies opportunities to simplifies processes that maximizes efficiencies and throughput.

This leader should have a demonstrated history and proficiencies in analytics, performance management and accounting and financial principals. Will work closely with the other functional teams to develop relationships that support team objectives.

Value Capture

  • Leads the tracking and management of the value capture program and reporting.

  • Works across functional teams to identify opportunities to drive cost savings and margin expansion

Finance & Budgeting, Analytics

  • Development of analytical reporting and metrics to measure the progress of key deliverables across the team.

  • Develops and manages supplier spend cubes for tracking performance and to be used by category to be leveraged by the category team to determine trends and profile of the supply base

  • Works across finance and accounting for the monthly tracking of costs within the budget, identifying opportunities to reduce costs.

  • Performs analysis by category for key goods and services, pricing and benchmarking

  • Develops and manages monthly executive reporting

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Responsible for the management system across SCP&F and the cadence with businesses unit leadership

  • Solicit inputs and collaborate effectively across organizational levels, functions, businesses to realize goals and objectives.


  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar operations or finance within a functional team. Experience within the US public sector a plus

  • Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.

  • Ability to manage competition priorities across multiple lines of business to develop common objectives that drive value

  • Strong ability to build relationships and networks with multiple functions and at the leadership levels

  • Comfort and familiarity with executive presentations communications and building business cases

  • Strong analytical capabilities and negotiation skills

  • Results oriented, self-starter with proven leadership skills driving team objectives

  • Role is required to be in Northern Virginia
