Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

Digital Teller & ATM Technology (DTAT) supports two mission critical physical channels for Wells Fargo. On a daily basis, DTAT processes very high volume deposits and millions of dollars cash for Branch and ATM customers. We deliver world-class Digital Teller and ATM Technology and take pride in a continuous learning culture, collaboration, and individual accountability to provide the most secure, scalable and customer centric banking experience.

DTAT is currently seeking qualified candidates for this Technology Manager–4 position. The candidate will lead and mentor a mission critical application Teller platform along with strong technical leaders. In this role, he/she will be responsible for:

1) Working experience on Agile/Devops adoption & adherence

2) Full stack technologies stack –SPRING on backend and Front end- Angular

3) Adaption and Development experience on new trends/technologies - Micro services

4) Providing solid application architecture and design patterns experience across J2EE applications

5) Ensuring security, risk & compliance adherence without exceptions

6) Development experience in Java/J2EE , SPRING ,Micro services , Java multi threading

7) Design and Development of PCF apps leveraging 12 factor principles

8) Adopting micro services for scalability and speed

9) Building out foundational capabilities for continuous delivery

10)Team management experience

In addition, this leader will also be responsible for team development & training needs, vendor engagement management, and team communications.

As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:

  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.

  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technology experience

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience, in an IT environment

  • 5+ years of technology management experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software delivery in a large matrixed organization or on a complex system such as AKA, Development, DEVOPS, or QA

  • 1 + year of experience with Agile tools

  • 7+ years of experience with Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot

  • 1+ year of PL/SQL experience

  • 1+ year of experience with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • 3+ years of Java experience

  • 1+ year of Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) experience
