Responsible for coordinating and influencing activities and resources in support of one or more highly-visible, large-scale technical projects with high impact, risk, and complexity. Uses technical experience such as Desktop, Networking and other technical applications and advanced knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques to ensure projects adhere to high quality standards, meet customer expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following: schedules and coordinates project tasks and/or problem reviews and ensures completion of assigned actions;

identifies project/production issues and works with project team to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project

delays; generates reports regarding project and budget status and facilitates communication efforts; compiles and

maintains project documentation and issues log; coordinates implementation activities across a broad range of

functions and departments; works with client groups to identify training needs and arranges and/or delivers training;

works with project teams to develop and document processes and procedures; enhances websites to host project

documents, reports, and related information; serves as primary point of contact for project information and updates.

This position will join the Technology Engagement and Coordination Central Desktop Project Team. The responsibilities with include:

  • Coordination of any project requests for desktop, laptop, peripheral equipment

  • Coordination of PC Lifecycle site event and one off work on the Lifecycle team

  • Coordination of any VDI or Software requests

  • Coordination of Special PC Projects as needed

  • Coordination of both internal and external teams to support above mentioned projects

  • Lead meetings with technology teams, LOB partners and other teams in support of project planning and status updates

  • Reporting on project status, maintaining reports and databases. Forecasting time and budgets


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: technical support, technical implementation or technical project management

  • 2 + years of technology project management experience

  • 2 + years of experience with technical project coordination associated with PC, server and network deployments

  • 1+ year of information security experience

  • 3+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting

  • 2+ years of technology vendor management experience including hardware, software or professional services

  • 2+ years of experience leading enterprise wide implementations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of procurement or invoicing

  • Knowledge and understanding of technical hardware: desktop and laptop configurations including: Dell, HP and Lenovo

  • Experience managing a project team throughout the entire project life-cycle from problem definition, requirement definition, design, and testing and implementation

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo WANDA (Wells Automated Network Database Applications)

  • 1+ year of PAC2000 experience

  • 1+ year of SharePoint experience

  • Experience using eProcurement
