This includes the planning, design, and construction of all projects, as assigned, relating to budget, schedule, contractor acquisition, value engineering, and safety. Ensure projects comply with all regulatory and industry standards. Provides support to Center City Corporate Engineering Services, Material Services and any Hazelden Betty Ford locations. Coordinate and manage construction/renovation/special projects at all Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation locations as assigned from inception to completion Assist VP, Real Estate/Facilities and Support Services with budgetary requirements related to project performance and long-range asset management Manage and operate CAFM software and AutoCAD functions as needed for the organization Space Planning and Project Management Support: Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent. Minimum 10 yrs experience in the commercial construction industry. Software knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite Driver's license and method of transportation is required Must be able to handle exposure to dirt, heat, noise, dust and office environment Must be able to walk, stand and sit Positive attitude and professional customer service skills Detail oriented Preferred Qualifications: AutoCAD experience Experience in the use of FM Systems Software knowledge: Adobe and Microsoft Project Hospital construction experience Need help finding the right job?
