Business Development Representative - ASPENCORE
ASPENCORE is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Sales Organization to assist and collaborate on marketing strategies and solutions for internal Arrow Business Units.
This position works directly with suppliers and business units creating digital marketing strategy development while identifying the most adequate methods of application. They must coordinate & manage digital marketing campaigns to ensure that these properly reflect the client’s goals and objectives. They must approach the marketing concept keeping in mind the target audience(s).
In addition, this role is responsible for developing, managing, and creating relationships between the organization and customers.
Collaborates with other team members and agency partners to ensure consistency of the brand experience and messaging across all customers, suppliers, and various communications.
Oversees the strategy and creation of digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, paid search, display media, social media and content marketing.
Utilizes A/B and other testing measures to “test and learn” while driving a culture of continuous improvement to meet campaign objectives.
Analyzes marketing campaigns vs. goals/objectives and creates presentations for suppliers and business units on campaign results.
Build influential relationships with key BU leaders by leading initial conversations, brainstorming sessions, receiving supplier feedback on future campaigns while also executing on current campaigns through to new upsell opportunities.
Craft successful strategy and business development opportunities for BUs. examples include: supporting sales strategy, development of initial discussion information, pricing and rate card negotiation, and pitch materials.
BS or BA degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field is preferred
3-5 years job experience in marketing coordination or equivalent role, preferably with B2B. Agency background and experience is preferred, as is experience in digital marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Exceptional influencing and relationship building skills to gain results
Ability to influence indirectly and drive results without day to day management involvement (self-starter, highly motivated to win)
Ability to work in situations of ambiguity
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$97,587.68 - $119,273.84
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
