Schneider Electric Claims Coordinator in Cavite, Philippines

  • Acknowledge the receipt of Post Invoicing Claim from the Customer.

  • Process the claim on the system as per agreed and defined process.

*

  • Validate the claim against defined agreed criteria.

*

  • Escalate to concerned parties if any of the claims are not compliant with the agreed criteria/process.

*

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers after a claim has been placed.

*

  • Ensure that all customer issues and complaints are captured per the agreed Customer Complaints Management Process.

*

  • Communicate with the customer in relation to open claims and their status via open reports

*

  • Claims closure & disputes resolution.

*

  • Escalate issues that need support from management as early as possible to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course,

*

  • Atleast 1 year work experience related to the position (Claims Processing)

*

  • Experience from a Shared Services / BPO / Multinational company is an advantage

*

  • With experience in supporting claims function supporting different countries is a plus

*

  • Must be amenable to work in EPZA, Rosario, Cavite

*

  • Amenable to working Mid-shift schedule
