Description The focus of the position will be to assist with The Salvation Army’s programs and services at the Hope Center assuring Participants will have a safe and caring environment while at the Center. This position will require the employee in their duties and responsibilities to work with the Corps Officers, Social Service workers, WYStep-Up Program Manager and Resident Manager as part of a team effort (3) days shifts a week. Additionally, this position is specifically responsible to assist the WYStepUp Program Manager and Resident Manager at the Hope Center with the Participants of WYStepUp Women’s Transitional Program by working two (2) nights shifts a week. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position paying $9.50/hour.

Requirements  High School graduate or equivalent. Higher Level of education and or skills training preferred

 Minimum 21 years of age

 Have a clean driving record and the ability to drive is preferred but not required.

 Interpersonal skills, basic management skills, the ability to manage emergencies and challenges in a calm manner

 Able to work independently as well as working with others in a team setting

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office

 Proficient in the English language
