Thermo Fisher Scientific Digital Product Manager (Product Management Specialist III) in Carlsbad, California
Manage online portals, software and all digital products related to Gene Synthesis products and services.
Own customer experience and eBusiness revenue for the business segment. Manage front and back end software development, SKU setup, system integration and new product introduction process.
Work with stakeholders across the organization matrix to define product vision, roadmap, strategies, and KPIs that align with business goals.
Engage with internal and external customers to define market and customer needs. Report on revenue performance as well as market, competitive and technology trends.
Collaborate with Research and Development, Finance, sales and marketing to provide product management support.
Master's degree in Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, Bioinformatics and medical informatics or related field of study plus 1 year in customer experience, Ebusiness or other digital product management roles or related experience. Employer also accepts a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience as an equivalent alternative.
