(Attriting, V-Blending, Ross Mixing, Meyers Mixing, HVD, LQM, Tube/Pail Filling).This job requires 100% of their time producing product or 100% direct labor.Requires the precise chemical and physical manipulation of materials and products through the execution of manufacturing instructions, safety procedures, proper waste disposal procedures, standard operating procedures and other production related documentation.Effectively function within a team environment or work as an individual contributor and is responsible for his/her level of authority for ensuring compliance with all approved policies, procedures, and practices of the facility.Safely operate Manufacturing Equipment using detailed instructions and daily inspections of assigned machinery, equipment and infrastructure.Work on Health, Safety and Environmental Teams to continuousYOUR SKILLSH.S. Diploma or G.E.D Minimum RequirementsManufacturing experience preferredMust be trainable to safely operate production equipment, including high lift truck, lift 50 pounds, manipulate drums weighing up to 600 pounds with proper mechanical assists, and maintain daily records for work performed.The employee frequently is required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.Able to work with and around hazardous materials, chemicals, heights, odors, noise and equipment.Able to life 50 pounds, frequently move around and work on feet for most of the day.Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
