WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the Chief Instructor, you will provide exceptional in-vehicle and classroom service delivery resulting in high levels of member client satisfaction with AMA Driver Education programs.
You will provide training and ongoing instructor development for new and existing in-vehicle and classroom instructors.
You will provide performance feedback through instructor monitoring and mentoring.
You will also provide technical support to the Manager, Chief Instructor and in-vehicle and classroom instructors.
You will be responsible for instructor and vehicle reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
You will be responsible for maintenance of fleet vehicles.
You will address member/customer concerns in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
You have a High School Diploma
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in all facets of Driver Education. A teaching degree or related experience would be considered an asset.
You’re a licensed Alberta Driving Instructor with endorsements in appropriate categories. (classroom, un-restricted in-vehicle and Defensive Driving course).
Your professional attitude, genuine desire to help people and willing to learn is what matters most. If you don’t have some of these endorsements – we’ll train you!
