This Senior HRIM Analyst is a hands-on technical resource providing HR People Analytics to a broad group of stakeholders. Reporting to the Enterprise People Analytics Manager, the position collaborates with a small, centralized, global team of analysts to develop and deliver HR metrics and human capital data that are critical to organizational effectiveness. The People Analytics team, using a variety of business intelligence and technology tools, equips Human Resources and business leaders with analytical insights to drive informed decision making, identify workforce trends, and evaluate results against business objectives. In this position the Senior HRIM Analyst will:
Partner closely with internal customers to understand business objectives and key drivers behind those objectives.
Complete all phases of data projects (operational scorecards, metrics packages, executive summaries) partnering with the internal customer to understand the data need, determine relevant data sources, extract/transform data, data cleanup, data visualization, and interpretation.
Collaborate with People Analytics colleagues to deliver effective, scalable solutions to meet the data needs of diverse, cross-functional customers across the enterprise.
Communicate insight into human capital data and workforce trends.
Support the governance of HR data by assisting in the development and documentation of definitions, data standards, queries/reports, data maintenance processes, and other efforts to improve data quality. * Identify opportunities and share ideas for process improvements.
Document People Analytics procedures and guide HR colleagues and other internal customers in accessing reports and understanding data concepts.
Contribute reporting and analytical expertise to HR projects.
Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources position
Experience with Cognos or similar enterprise business intelligence application Experience with Data Visualization software Enterprise scale HCM systems experience High level of proficiency in Excel
