We are a multi-disciplinary geotechnical and environmentalconsulting firm providing a wide range of services to public and privateclients. The ideal candidate should enjoy writing, editing, and proof readingas a bulk of the role will be helping behind the scenes, working with engineersand scientists to modify raw technical text for client deliverables. They willbring a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 2010/2016 suite ofproducts, with emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will: *Deliver administrative support in the areas of producing hard copy documents and electronic deliverables, with emphasis on providing quality control by reviewing documents for adherence to document standards and for overall grammatical correctness and consistency. *Possess excellent editing and proofreading skills for technical document review to ensure documents follow corporate style. *Have excellent written and oral communication skills. *Be well-organized and detail-oriented. *Ability to remain flexible to respond to changing priorities and deadlines. *Initiative and self-motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision. *Strong interpersonal relations skills with team player attitude *Possess the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple, changing priorities, be deadline oriented, and have a positive "can do" attitude. *Perform other tasks as requested. *The position duties may occasionally require overtime. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE *Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred or other similar degree with one to three years of experience *Knowledge of A/E/C industry preferred *Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.Experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and/or MS Project a plus *Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality work products that meet document standards *Able to respond promptly and effectively to and internal clients, and efficiently manage time to prioritize tasks *Familiarity with operating standard office equipment (phones, copier, printers, fax, LCD projector, etc.) *Familiarity with email and manipulation of files: attachments, CD versions, document management, etc. *As a condition of employment, this individual must be able to provide documentation of eligibility to work in the U.S. About Haley & AldrichHaley & Aldrich, Inc. is committed to delivering the value our clients need from their capital, operations, and environmental projects.
