We are looking for an experienced and technical Director of Product Management to lead the B2C Commerce Ecosystem, who has passion for Salesforce, our values, and especially the role the Salesforce Commerce Cloud and plays in our success. A strong sense of vision and ability to mobilize product and engineering teams to continue innovating to drive market leadership and customer success. Excellent command of the Commerce industry, and a solid understanding of the transformation this industry is undergoing along with experiences in launching and expanding partner ecosystem for a global Platform.

About You

Passionate and enthusiastic product leader, with keen insight and interest in building and managing partner ecosystem for large scale Platforms

Data driven decision maker, experienced in leveraging experimentation to determine best solution to release to market.

You are outstanding at defining and communicating a vision, and can effectively inspire and guide Product and Engineering teams to achieve market positioning and customer satisfaction.

A proven track recording of successfully leading application ecosystem at a global scale.

The ideal candidate is driven by customer success and demonstrates strong customer focus in her/his decisions.

Outstanding at cross group collaboration, and highly effective in working in a globally distributed organization.

Technically savvy and able to effectively influence engineering approach and decisions.

Deep understanding of security, privacy and compliance standards across the globe

Outstanding public speaker with experience leading conferences sessions, executive briefings and presentations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Define the strategy and develop a roadmap for B2C Commerce ecosystem

Launch and expand Application ecosystem for Commerce Cloud

Build and manage relationships with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and SIs (Systems Integrators)

Lead the development of security and compliance tools for static and dynamic analysis of Commerce Applications

Manage the end to end product life cycle. This includes: understands market needs, define product vision and strategy, owns roadmap creation and communication, leads release planning, requirements gathering, and functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success.

Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.

Manage strategic cross-cloud relationships with other Clouds at Salesforce

Desired Experience:

8+ years experience in Product Management

Experience developing and managing ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and SI (Systems Integrators) ecosystems

Proven track record of shipping products on a global scale

Experience building static and dynamic security and compliance scanning tool

Must be an exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting to both business and technical executives

Undergraduate degree in technical field (MBA a plus)

Previous Commerce experience is a huge plus

Salesforce technology experience a plus
