GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for:

Acting as Liaison to Northwest's cash management customers

Training customers on cash management products and services

Coordinating work flow for new customer and cash management service integration

Cash management service customer support

Monitoring and addressing system efficiency concerns and opportunities

Analyzing cash management service operating systems and recommending enhancements

Performing related duties as directed by manager

Working with onsite equipment

Working as part of a team

PREFERRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: 4 year degree in business, finance, or related subject preferred. 3-5 years of experience in cash management support and/or operations. Knowledge of all applicable regulatory guidelines, deposit products and cash management services, inclusive of cash management processes and procedures. Experience performing system testing, procedure writing, and participating in services development.

This position requires a thorough knowledge of the following operating systems: Signature, CARE, CCX (RDC - Express Deposit), Centrix (Positive Pay), Q2 (Online Banking System), Agiletics (Escrow Management System), and ACH Services, The position provides formal system training for Northwest's cash management customers.
