If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Client Service Support team where you could help lead the clients life cycle for Willis Towers Watson in North America. The Role Accept inbound calls form clients and brokers on all questions and issues pertaining to the HR Admin portal functionality offering support and educate clients/brokers on employee benefits eligibility, new hires, terminations, and life events using our technology. Trouble-shoot and research of client inquiries with cross-functional teams; provide accurate and timely resolution to clients and brokers via email and/or telephone. Execute with minimal supervision a number of tasks related to supporting Client Marketplace Managers (CMM), such as assisting with benefit enrollments, audits, actively doing client/broker reach outs on various audit results. Support the Client Marketplace Managers during onboarding of new clients and at renewal by providing admin support, from managing the pre-filling carrier paperwork, to submitting completed paperwork to carriers, to preparing renewal packets for CMM to send to their clients.(20%) Partner with CMM and other cross-functional departments serving as the subject matter expert on various processes related to our system functionality bringing solutions and ideas to complete multiple projects, documenting a knowledge base and training the support team while prioritizing daily tasks based on clients needs.(30%) Point person with relations to our system capabilities serving as a subject matter expert for the most complex and jumbo accounts; part of operational product enhancement committees sharing knowledge that turn into actual process improvements. (30%) Face to the standard accounts under 100 from day-to-day inquiries to managing renewal with broker and with some CMM support behind the scenes. (20%) Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and custom application systems on a daily basis for inbound/outbound calls, data entry, report generation, auditing, and tracking of data.
