We’ll look to you to be responsible for the success and growth of the Buenos Aires business, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. You will lead through strong engagement levels, a positive and energetic leadership style, and the ability to continuously develop the knowledge and the customer service capability of your team and coaching your team by means of available management tools. You’ll be responsible for training agents and own channel on the new systems. Also, you’ll manage the training for new employees. Besides, regarding Financial planning and Budget, you’ll be responsible for the planning, administration and control of the operation budget for trainings. Using your eye for detail you will ensure adherence to all compliance requirements: aiming for “compliance perfection”. You’ll have relation with the training vendor and maintain information such as contract renewal and enforcement. You’ll create business / process flows, manage supplier data and analyze information.
For this role, you’ll need 3-4 training experience in multinationals, retail channels or related (not exclusive). You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, economics, marketing or related. You’ll need outstanding communication skills. You will use your ability to deliver results through the success of developing new practices to made trainings. You’ll need 2 years of experience in people management and 2-3 years of experience in project management (desirable). You’ll need intermediate/advanced English and advanced Microsoft Office.
