A Brand & Customer Partner – understanding business brand needs and influencing partners to create solutions that advance the business agenda.
A Technology Translator – making the link between commercial business goals & needs, to digital pathways and solutions
A Digital Training Manager – responsible for the implementation / role out / training / upskilling of teams.
Harness Platform Partnerships: partnering with digital partners & agencies, technology partners and web developers working on digital solutions.
Leverage digital & data - driving business through digital platforms and driving customer behaviour change through digital pathways.
Collaborate - Support in the implementation of the digital customer journey (Patients, HCPs and Consumers), by working with Business Excellence, marketing and communications to create a seamless, unique value-added customer experience.
Significant and proven experience in Digital Marketing and implementation, either in-house or from a consultancy background
Strong understanding and ability to manage omni-channel technologies, acting as data steward for marketing campaigns to deliver analytics reporting, acting as in country owner of SFMC and Marketing elements of the Veeva CRM system.
Proven Veeva CRM experience
B2B and B2C digital business solutions experience
Training and coaching experience in the digital space
Commercial awareness, understanding how to translate global direction into local business activities and initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to creatively articulate strategies and tactics that drive change, collaboration and innovative solutions courtesy of analytics, insights and data.
