Accenture HR Generalist with French_AV in Bucharest, Romania

  1. Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes or leave of absence2. Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes3. Act as first point of contact for HR related requests of the employees via chat or email and manage them in the ticketing system4. Collect, verify, organize, compile or update electronically company personnel records and documentation5. Manage employee benefits enrollment6. Provide input for payroll7. Create HR documents such as reference letters8. Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities9. Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes10. Conduct data validation or execute controls and address findings11. Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed12. Improve processes and innovate through potential development of macros or automation ideas

  2. Student or Graduate2. Fluency in English and French3. Excellent communication skills4. Good PC operating skills. Being familiar with the Microsoft Office package is a plus.5.
