Education Sales Account Executive – Oracle University Tech – Poland and Eastern Europe Market

Your role will be to manage assigned Key/Named/Strategic Accounts with an Enterprise wide and Country/Global focus as appropriate.
Your leadership skills and Account Management expertise are a must to achieve your main objective which is to drive education revenue growth in Poland and Eastern Europe market, creating high value, and high margin solutions using best of breed training solutions.
Must be able to demonstrate a proven sales track record in the IT or education/services sector, giving examples of communicating at a high level with customers
Will make immediate impacts through initiating key relationships, both internally and externally that have a high probability of generating revenue.
Understanding of the IT Cloud Business and Cloud services is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sells Oracle education and related services to prospective and existing customers
Owns the Oracle University leadership across your portfolio of products & services coordinating local and global Oracle University resources as necessary.
Leads the Oracle University accounts, the opportunity planning process and its execution for the Key Accounts in support of the wider Oracle Account Plan.
Is also responsible for the Oracle University communication inside our global organization and across all organizations and lines of business within the assigned territory (X-LOB)
The key objectives are to develop deep customer knowledge and influence through forging executive relationships.
Represents the Oracle University Tech on the Territory
History and demonstrable track record of achievement of revenue objectives
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business/account plans
Demonstrated ability to work with accounts’ senior management and across functions within customer organizations
Excellent presentation skills
Cross LOB/BU experience a plus
Ability to work with and execute the appropriate processes
Ability to be creative and propose surprising ideas
Recognizing and embracing changes and challenges as opportunities
Ideally you will have proven sales experience of working with public sector or similar accounts.
Preferred BS or BA degree in business.
Polish and English language skills is a must, another Eastern European languages is a plus
