This position is remote-friendly.Position Overview:This position reports to our ramping global team of UX and Visual Designers tohelp innovate and drive value in the next generation of products. As anintegral part of the UX team, you will be responsible for a variety of areasand specialties that will require you to heavily interact with product,engineering, accessibility, localization, telemetry, and users tobetter understand product requirements and the optimal solution for ourenterprise web and desktop solutions. Through each step of the process, ourUX research group will support the Design Thinking process and provide youwith feedback and testing to better guide your design decisions.As UX professionals we have a variety of tools that we use. You should beproficient in the following (or comparable) tools and processes,including Sketch, Invision, Design Thinking, Agile and/or Lean UX,User Flows, wireframing, design systems, and an understanding ofiterative design. As a company at scale, we operate a global design systemthat each product utilizes in a variety of ways, you will be responsible forunderstanding, evangelizing, and contributing to it when working througheach iRequired Skills:Experience with product discovery and market research3-5 years UX experience in software or SaaS design (web or desktop)Experience wire-framing and PrototypingWorking with Telemetry/usage dataBS/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.Portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual interface design skills.Valued Skills:Understanding of HTML, CSS, JSExperience working and interfacing with engineering teamsKnowledge of Agile / Lean methodologiesUnderstanding of product process and software development#LI-EM1#LI-REMOTECompensation:Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salaryrange for this role in Broomfield, Colorado is $88,400 - $150,300.This position is also remote-friendly and, as such,compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which theposition is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined byvarious factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills,certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variablecompensation including bonus and stock grants.Interested?
