Position Summary: Performs testing, monitoring and certification activities for in-house cleanrooms and clean benches. Operates calibration/maintenance system (data entry, report generation). Performs calibration and maintenance on company equipment. Coordinate's development of manufacturing and laboratory equipment, fixtures, and systems to improve control and efficiency. What you will do with us: Schedules and performs testing services for all cleanrooms and cleanbenches following documented, and approved, procedures. Conducts and evaluates data trending of test results internally as requested. Generates final reports for approval. Serves as resource to internal personnel in areas of cleanroom/clean bench operation. Coordinates scheduling with other departments in order to minimize impact of Cleanroom and Cleanbench testing Supports cleanroom / cleanbench testing for external Customers as needed. Conducts and evaluates data trending of test results as requested. Generates final reports as requested for approval. Updates and maintains company calibration/maintenance quality system and generates reports. Coordinates and schedules third party service providers, such that assigned production calibration and maintenance activities are completed in compliance and in concert with production schedules and required due dates. What you will do with us cont'd: Assures Calibration and Maintenance activities performed are executed according to approved protocol, procedure, recommendation or other documented method, and schedules for completion as assigned. Accurately documents result from calibration activities and applies appropriate calibration tags. Reports perceived or known issues with the functionality or operational capability of equipment. Assist with research and review of available equipment or improvements, service options, or replacement justifications and forwards recommendations to the supervisor. Responds to calls from departments relating to equipment malfunctions in a timely manner and supports resolution of issue as quickly as feasible. Writes or revises relevant calibration/maintenance procedures. Participate in the investigation process; writes investigation reports, recommend corrective actions, and ensures execution of agreed upon corrective actions. Demonstrates understanding of the standard operating procedures, forms and additional instruction provided for medical product assemblies assigned.
