BYLINE BANK SBA Post Close Reviewer in BROOKFIELD, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Byline Bank is currently seeking a Post Close Reviewer to assist the Small Business Capital with completing file reviews on SBA, USDA and conventional loans. The Post Close Reviewers are responsible for reviewing loan documentation after closing to ensure the bank has all acceptable documentation to minimize the risk of repair/denials on SBA loans and to ensure the bank has all proper documentation for USDA and conventional loans as approved. This includes preparing the "Guaranty Purchase Package" per established Small Business Administration (SBA) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adding exception to the exception tracking system for any missing documentation. Job Description: Perform a thorough review of various USDA, conventional and SBA loans to identify documents deficiencies. This includes complying with SBA guidelines (SOPs) for inclusion in the Purchase Demand Kits (PDK) packages. Compile, copy, and assemble documents per the established SBA Guaranty Purchase Package Tabs for SBA loans. Order third party reports, as necessary, to complete the file reviews including UCC searches, corporate entity searches, and tract searches. Work directly with Closers, Packagers, Pre-Close Reviewers, Attorney's, Title Companies, Lenders and Loan Operations to help address post-closing exceptions in a proactive manner. Clear and/or review exceptions and closed loan files as appropriate. Adding exceptions to the Bank's exception tracking system (Ncino) as appropriate. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of loan operations experience, working with Commercial (C&I), Commercial (B&I), or SBA loans. In depth knowledge of loan documentation and requirements. Knowledge of SBA 7a, 504 and CAPline programs and documentation extremely helpful. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift frequently. Exceptional analytical, organization, problem solving and time management skills. Working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations. Working knowledge of Small Business Administration Standard Operating Procedures desired. Strong ability to work in a team based environment. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel. Strong analytic and reasoning skills. High level of accountability and attention to detail.
