S&K Logistics Services IT Helpdesk Specialist in Bremerton, Washington

S&K Global Solutions, LLC (SKGS), a member of the S&K Family of Companies and owned by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, is actively seeking a IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. SKT w as formed in 1999 with a vision to become one of the preeminent professional services firms in the country and to provide opportunity and prosperity to the people of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT). Since inception, the enterprise has grown into a family of ten subsidiary companies that support federal and commercial customers around the world.

The IT Helpdesk Specialist will provide helpdesk and end-user computing support, both hardware and software, for Government Client during day shift operations (0700 - 1530). Assist end-users to use Information Technologies resources efficiently and effectively by providing them with expert assistance, guidance, and training.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of IT Support/Help Desk experience is desired

  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is desired

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft products (MS Office Suite) is required.

  • Experience working on the NMCI network is desired

    Special knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Experience using a web-based IT Service Management ticketing system

  • Strong incident and problem management skills including identification and escalation of system issues.

  • Experience troubleshooting IT problems and issues identified by customers and implement corrective actions quickly.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.


  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Associate degree in an IT related field is desired


  • CompTIA Certification required: A+, Network +, Security +, or higher

  • Cyber Security Workforce eligibility must be maintained through training/CEU’s of 20 hours annually

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship

  • The ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance

  • Current Driver’s License
