What you’ll achieve
We are looking for someone who can identify, communicate and manage account risks,
make quality, informed decisions that are in the best interest of the company, effectively cope with change as well as a lack of general direction, maneuver through complex political situations, effectively maneuver within the account and business to engage the right people, has strong quantitative skills, and has strong written, verbal, presentation, influencing, and leadership communication. Monitor and analyze inventory and sales data and leverage that information to make informed decisions and commitments
Ensures that the interest of the business are represented during account communications
Gathers and disseminates information to internal and external customers needed to make decisions and drive the business
Works with senior leaders and functional experts to understand account business problems and processes
Plays a leadership role in the standardization of account deliverables and ensuring adherence to commitments and develop and implement strategic account plans with agreed upon service level agreements
Act as the single point of contact for supply/inventory issues and solutions to accounts and identify account process improvement opportunities and present them to senior management with recommendations and alternatives

Undergraduate degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance) and 6 years’ relevant experience (Channel, Marketing) or Graduate degree and 6 year’s relevant experience.
Knowledge of Collaborating, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishement process with special focus on forecasting
Experience with developing and implementing channel strategies and account support plans
Experience with analyzing data and making planning decisions and thorough understanding of the channel marketplace
Experience with managing complex account issues and resolutions and experience with facilitating and leading account meetings
Experience with facilitating and leading account meetings
Previous demand planning experience
Previous distribution/retail experience
