Maintain shelf life and lot controls for BoulderStockroom, keeping accurateinventory levels and performing year end physical counts.Count and safeguard all material entering the plant and prepare necessarydocumentation.Immediately identify and report all inbound damaged goods with a copy of thebill of lading or other documentation to the applicable buyer.Assist with truck unloading and loading.Interface with other plant personnel in a courteous manner.Deliver material to plant personnel as necessary.Assure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all chemicals used in thearea; assure proper labeling and accumulation of hazardous waste insatellite areas, adhere to all safety requirements and follow safeprocedures, immediately notifying management or Safety when unsafeconditions or potential hazards are found; attend all safety and healthtraining, including handling hazardous waste, when necessary.Safeguard against injury to him/herself and all adjacent personnel and enterall receipts to the computerized inventory system.Requirements:High School Degree with two years of experience in Warehousing, Shipping,Receiving, and computerized inventory control.Flexibility with on call responsibilities once every 5 weeks.GMP experience a plus. Good documentation practices are important.Should be knowledgeable in facets of warehousing, including receiving,housekeeping, computerized inventory control, tagging of capital items,location management, shipping, Health and Safety, problem resolution,purchasing interface.Should possess knowledge of chemicals, use of MSDS sheets in a high volumemanufacturing operation and DOT requirements regarding the receipt ofhazardous materials.Salary: $18 per hourSalary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary andjob title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate'squalifications and experience and may be outside this range.
