SomaLogic, Inc. Manager, Inside Sales in Boulder, Colorado
SomaLogic is seeking a dynamic, client-focused Inside Sales Manager for our pharma, biotech, academic, and government sales channels. The position requires a qualified candidate to manage three inside sales representatives to start. The primary goal of an inside sales representative is to cold call, set appointments and generate email outreach for SomaLogic’s Life Sciences field sales representatives. The inside sales manager is responsible for all appointments being created, ensuring quality control.
Hiring of inside sales representatives
Lead, train, coach, and develop a team of 3 Inside Sales Representatives
Serve as an Inside Sales Representative to provide coverage when needed and ensure all goals are met
Promote SomaLogic products and services with customers, using effective selling skills, active listening, proper terminology, approved product messaging, and approved promotional materials
Conduct support calls to ensure office is stocked with approved resources such as patient brochures and educational materials
Conduct individual performance reviews of the Inside Sales Representatives and monitor progress to achieve results.
Develop, review, and assist with campaigns for new customers to ensure tailored and relevant messaging
Participate in manager's meetings.
Achieve and exceed individual and team goals.
Lead by example, setting a solid work ethic with all of the members on your team.
Analyze business, develop, and update business plans for the project and in conjunction with the Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and achieve goals
Create Inside Sales Metrics for reporting purposes to Executive Management and manage daily KPIs such as sales/support call activity to defined expectations
Document all call information in SomaLogic’s Salesforce system
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
3 years of direct inside sales experience
At least 2 years sales management experience
Experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is preferred
Prefer MS Word, Excel, Salesforce expertise. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to be persuasive and influential. Prefer experience in a goal based or performance metric environment.
Work from Home based position
Occasional travel to SomaLogic HQ in Boulder, CO or to regional sales meetings may be required
